Revenue Categories are 5-digit codes used to group different types of income.
All codes start with RC - for example, RC071 is for Fee for Service.
- Type all or part of the code (e.g., RC071) in the search box.
- Click Submit.

There are five types of Driver Worktags:- Cost Center - All codes start with CC

- Gift - All codes start with GF
- Grant - All codes start with GR
- Project - All codes start with PRJ
To search by Driver Worktag code:
- Type all or part of the code (e.g., CC101, DN1234, GF5678, GR9012, or PRJ34567) in the search box.

Region is a classification used to group transactions and employees by campus, such as Boston, London, Oakland, Vancouver, etc.
To search by Region:- Type all or part of the campus location (e.g., Oakland) in the search box.
- Click Submit.
- All Driver Worktag codes and descriptions under the associated Region will appear below.
To view all Region options:
- Type % in the search box.
- Click Submit.
- A full list of Region-associated Worktags will appear below.
FDM Search - Function
Function refers to NACUBO functional classification codes used to report expenses on the Statement of Functional Expenditures - such as Instruction, Research, Academic Administration, Cooperative Education, and Facilities.
To search by Function name or keyword:- Type all or part of the Function (e.g., Research, Instruction) in the search box.
- Click Submit.
- Matching Function codes and descriptions will appear below.
To view all Function options:
- Type % in the search box.
- Click Submit.
- A full list of Function-associated Worktags will appear below.
FDM Search - Fund
Fund refers to the type of financial resources used for accounting and financial statement reporting, such as Current Unrestricted, Current Designated, Restricted, Endowed, or Plant funds.
To search by Fund name or keyword:- Type all or part of the Fund (e.g., Current Unrestricted) in the search box.
- Click Submit.
- Matching Fund codes and descriptions will appear below.
To view all Function options:
- Type % in the search box.

Company refers to the separate entities or specific reporting structures, such as NU KRI or NU Canada.
To search by Company:- Click the drop-down menu to Choose a company.
