Ethnic Integration of the European Union
Course Description:
Provides students the opportunity to examine the ethnic diversity of modern Britain in relation to the processes of immigration and emigration. The course examines the imperial and postcolonial experiences of people from a diversity of ethnic and religious backgrounds (Jewish, Irish, Islamic, Black African, etc.) in order to understand their lives and experiences in this country and the way in which they view their own cultures and identities.
