Health Promotion of Adult/Older Adult Practicum
Course Description:
Applies knowledge acquired in NUR G249. Focuses on the assessment and health promotion of adults/older adults in the primary care settings. Utilizes selected clinical experiences to increase and apply health and risk-assessment skills with adult populations in the community. Also offers students an opportunity to acquire a beginning knowledge of the role of the adult/older adult nurse practitioner in primary care settings.
