Seminar in Clinical Case Study
Course Description:
Offers students reflection upon the clinical case-study notes and personal journal entries made during the preceding clinical co-op experience. Students are expected to identify and research the psychological, neuropsychological, systemic, and behavioral aspects of disorders (such as mental retardation, eating disorders, and schizophrenia) that they encountered. Evaluates proficiency in applying theoretical perspectives to research through written and oral reports. Fulfills the College of Arts and Sciences experiential education requirement for psychology majors.
