Provides an in-depth review of patent law and practice. Covers the administrative process for obtaining patents, including the requirements for patentability. Also covers enforcement of patent rights and the defense of patent infringement suits. Presented in a simple, nontechnical manner so that students of all disciplines can learn and understand the concepts.
