Bioethics and the Law
Course Description:
Focuses on the intersection of law and bioethics and considers how different ethical theories may guide legal decisions. Topics include physician-assisted suicide, testing for HIV, reproductive technology, and rationing of health care. Students are expected to write a research paper and share some of what they have learned with the class.
