Computers, Technology, and the Law
Course Description:
Examines the unique ways in which legal theory and practice have grown and adapted since the introduction of computers, with a particular emphasis on intellectual property law. Explores the application of copyright, patent, and trade secret regimes to computer software and electronic information and examines a number of special issues relating to contracts involving computer-related products and services. Limited to students who have taken, or who are currently taking, LW G369.
