High Intermediate Reading and Writing Seminar (4 weeks)
Course Description:
This course introduces students to the essay and thesis statement. Students study the types of academic essays and practice each kind with appropriate rhetoric. Essays may be related to class readings. Readings will be academic and students may be assigned a novel.
