Designing Teacher Research
Course Description:
Prepares participants for research to be conducted in ENG G663 during the academic year at the home institution. Examines some published case studies of teaching and writings, and explores relevant methods of data analysis, observation techniques, interview and questionnaire construction, sampling procedures, experimental design, and writing protocol analysis. Usually given only through the Institute on Writing and Teaching at Martha’s Vineyard.
