Retired August 31, 2007; replaced with ENV U580. Uses computers to solve problems in the flow of groundwater. Develops concepts of groundwater flow. Uses the finite difference method to model steady-state and transient flow. Programs are supplied by the instructor so programming skill is not a prerequisite.
