Environmental Planning
Course Description:
Retired August 31, 2007; replaced with ENV U510. Examines aspects of surface runoff from geomorphic and hydrologic perspectives. Develops methods for description and calculation of major river and drainage basin processes, and applies the results to the planning process. Examines human modification of these systems including urbanization, dams, and channelization, and applies this information to an understanding of regulatory processes.
