Human-Computer Interaction
Course Description:
Considers the design of the computer-user interface. Emphasis is on the needs and capabilities of the user, as well as on the computer-user interface designer’s viewpoint. Ergonomic principles of design, particularly those pertaining to design of displays and controls, form a major component of the course. Covers interfaces for using the Web. The Java Swing API is used.
