Creating a Community of Learners/Behavior Management
Course Description:
Retired August 31, 2007. Designed to support participant understanding of the theory, research, and practice pertaining to creating a sense of community in the classroom. Encourages participants to critically examine a number of behavior management approaches and to develop practical interventions and skills for preventing and remediating behavior problems. Addresses the principles of functional assessment through an exploration of responsive classroom techniques.
