Course Description:
Retired August 31, 2007; replaced with ED G214 in the Graduate School of Education. Develops successful strategies for working with “children in conflict” including contracts, applied behavioral analysis, and therapeutic approaches. Focuses on designing a school climate around the centrality of the teacher as a caring, committed professional who is able to collaborate with family, community, and colleagues.
