Life/Career Planning
Course Description:
Assists students with the transition from school to the workplace. Students identify their career interests and values, and assess skills and personality preferences to help them make better career decisions. Emphasizes labor-market issues, job-search techniques, networking, and career-management issues. Prepares students for the job-search process by requiring them to complete a professional résumé, participate in videotaped mock interviews, and research companies.
