Course Description:
Continues NUR G401. Provides an opportunity for advanced role preparation as a researcher, educator, administrator, clinician, or consultant through a clinical learning experience selected by the student. This capstone experience fosters the integration of theoretical and clinical knowledge about role, management, organizational, and social behavior theories, and development of skills for community-based care. Involves an individually negotiated clinical placement with agency preceptors and a weekly didactic seminar with faculty.
