Course Description:
Provides graduate students the opportunity to explore and synthesize critical program development concepts and skills essential to practice efficient and productive program development and evaluation. Program development models using total systems and decision-making approaches are used to provide discipline and structure to the program development process. Addresses the concepts of planning, team building, communicating, and the development of evaluation criteria.
