Focuses on the structure, process, contract, and organizational variables that affect the roles of the clinical supervisor and consultant. Reviews models of clinical supervision and consultation, and approaches to client-centered, consultee-centered, program-centered, and administrative consultation. Addresses common problems and identifies strategies to increase efficacy in the role of the clinical supervisor and consultant.
