Course Title:
Biomedical Chemical Analysis
Course Description:
Presents the modern reagents, such as buffers, radioisotopes, lumiphores, fluorophores, enzymes, electrophores, monoclonal antibodies, DNA probes, protein A, avidin-biotin, and detergents, and the techniques, such as chromatograph (that is, reversed phase, chiral, affinity, and perfusion), capillary and 2D-electrophoresis, immunoassays, DNA purification, polymerase chain reaction, GC, and mass spectrometry, that are important in purifying and detecting biomolecules, especially macromolecules.
