Course Description:
Surveys the amphibians and reptiles of the world, with emphasis on eastern North America. Topics include morphology, physiology, systematics, paleontology, ecology, zoogeography, and behavior. Field trips are taken to observe the habits and behavior of local herpetofauna. Laboratory emphasizes systematics and ecology.
